just add kiss at the start of the URL:

then to convert to MP3 Get ImTOO3GP Video Converter 3 which you can get from any good torent website i got mine from Demonoid.com.

P.S. Sometimes teh download button doesnt appear. SO you just highlight the link in the "Download link of this video (Post to forum, blog, IM etc.)" TEXT BOX and enter it into your URL, then you will see the download button.

that's right, just install real player & real player plug in for firefox, the download button will appear automatically then... but thanks for the tips,
